For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. HABAKKUK 2:3
In order to fulfill your God-given vision, persist with the vision and wait for it to come to pass. Joseph was seventeen years old when he saw eleven stars, the moon and the sun bowing down to him (Genesis 37:9). Instead of eleven stars bowing down to him in the physical, he found himself in the pit; from the pit to potiphar’s house; in potiphars house, he got into trouble with portiphar’s wife and from there he went to prison. Many times, God will show you where you are going but He wont show you what you will go through to get there because if He shows you what you will have to pass through, you may refuse it.
For twenty-five years, Abraham waited for a child. At the age of one hundred and twenty, Noah waited for the flood; but the vision is for an appointed time. David was anointed but the throne was not vacant. Samuel poured oil on his head and said ‘God has anointed you king over Israel’ (1 Samuel 16:13) but Saul was alive for the next (thirteen) 13 years and not in a hurry to die. But if it is God who said it, it doesn’t matter how many satanic opposition, generational curses, or family covenants that come against it, it shall come to pass.
our saviour, Jesus Christ waited for 30 years before ministry, because the vision was for an appointed time. All the time this individuals waited was enough for them to doubt God or quit the vision. But they didn’t. Instead they persisted with the vision, believing it will come to pass. Don’t Give up on that vision, don’t give up on your marriage, carrier, business or what ever you find yourself doing. Don’t entangle yourself an unbeliever just because your desperately looking for a relationship. Don’t be in a hurry and enter the wrong job or the wrong business. Wait for God’s time and persist with the vision. Remain blessed
